ECA - Electrical Contractors Association
The Electrical Contractors Association is the UK's largest trade association representing the electrical installation and building services industries. The Association has over 2,600 member companies, and the website contains very useful health and safety advice.
ELECSA
ELECSA is a joint venture between FENSA and the BBA to deliver an independent, no nonsense, certification scheme for tradesmen who undertake domestic electrical installation work. Such independent certification is required by Government as evidence that you are competent to undertake electrical work in accordance with the Building Act 1984, and specifically Approved Document P Electrical safety in Dwellings.
ESA - Environmental Services Association
The Environmental Services Association (ESA) represents the UK's waste management and secondary resources industry. Its members provide essential waste and secondary resources management services to the public and private sectors. The ESA works with governments, Parliaments and regulators to bring about a sustainable system of waste management for the UK.
