Safecontractor
Safecontractor is a contractor accreditation scheme that assesses the health & safety competency of contractors. Clients have a legal obligation to ensure that contractors operate in a safe way. There is therefore a need to assess contractor?ÇÖs health & safety arrangements, and increasingly this is being carried out through Safecontractor. Many large organisations now use Safecontractor as their primary means of selecting contractors.

The Electrical Contractors' Association of Scotland (SELECT) serves the electrical industry. As a representative of traders in the electrical industry, SELECT aims to influence legislation to create industry conditions which enable member firms to provide quality services.
