Good points; They were polite and the new aerial works. Not so good points: I wanted 5 points but they "ran out of time" and I only got 3. They put a very ugly box on the wall. They said they would return but they didn't!

i have waited since the 28th of june for my satalite to be installed but thay still havent done it. and they are a waste of space. customer service is disgraceful, and they cant even get my name right they call me mr jones. ooohh yeahh point made !
